WORKING AS A GP WITH GREENBROOK HEALTHCARE

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

We're looking for General Practitioners to join our Urgent Treatment Centres (UTCs). Greenbrook Healthcare is the leading provider of Primary Care Led UTCs in London and the home counties. As a GP working with us you will have the opportunity to develop your skills working alongside Emergency Nurse Practitioners, Emergency Care Practitioners and seeing a wide variety of patient presentations.

We’re committed to putting patients first and delivering high quality patient care. We’re a clinically led organisation with a supportive operational team to ensure your time is spent treating your patients. Although the patients you’ll see will remain within your skillset as a GP, it's a different working environment to a traditional GP Practice – there is more team working and you’ll have more time with your patients.

We offer flexible working to fit around your commitments. Permanent GPs have access to the NHS pension scheme and up to six weeks annual leave and one week study leave plus other benefits. We can also offer ad-hoc sessions for self-employed GPs (bank shifts). In short, we can find the work to suit you.

As a Greenbrook GP, you’ll have the option to work from any of the services shown above, creating a portfolio role to suit you.

Dr Jon Craig explains how our UTC model works:

WORKING AS AN EMERGENCY NURSE / CARE PRACTITIONER WITH GREENBROOK HEALTHCARE

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

We have vacancies for Emergency Nurse Practitioners, Emergency Care Practitioners and Advanced Nurse Practitioners across our Urgent Treatment Centres and Walk-in-Centres. All of our sites offer an exciting and dynamic working environment, with a variety of patient presentations and a true sense of teamwork with both clinical and operational colleagues.

Many of our nurses work on a salaried basis, whereby we offer six weeks annual leave, in addition to study leave and access to the NHS pension. We also have a bank of nurses who take advantage of being able to work flexibly across our sites, choosing sessions to fit around their existing commitments.

As a Greenbrook Nurse you'll have access to our training and development schemes, be supported by local, regional and company-wide governance and clinical leadership teams and should you wish, work towards progressing in seniority within the organisation.
