Named Accountable GP

All patients registered with the Earls Court Health and Wellbeing Centre are allocated a named accountable GP. If you do not know who your named GP is or you would like to express a preference as to which GP you have been assigned please ask a member of our reception team.

Your named accountable GP is responsible for your overall care at the Practice however you are still able to book to see any of the GPs at the surgery and use the services here as you have in the past.

Patient Involvement

We have set up a Patient Reference Group as part of our commitment to involve our patients in the development and continuous improvement of the health centre. If you would like to become part of this group please contact us. Below are some documents summarising its scope, meeting minutes and our own patient survey.

New Online services for patients

From March 31st 2016 our registered patients will be able to sign up for a wider spectrum of online services, these will include:
  • Booking appointments on-line
  • Requesting repeat medication on-line
  • Viewing part of your medical record on-line
All adult patients can request access to these services, parents or legal guardians of children under 12 years of age can request proxy access for their child, young people aged 12-16 years can request access to their own on-line services. In some circumstances an adult patient may grant proxy access to an adult of their choice or proxy access may, in rare circumstances, be granted to the individual with lasting power of attorney in the case of vulnerable patients.
Before signing up for on-line access you should read the patient information leaflet as there are some aspects of viewing your clinical record that may cause distress to some patients, you must also understand the importance of keeping your password secure to stop other people access your confidential medical information. The practice reserves the right to refuse access to on line services, this will be a rare event and in such circumstances the patient will be informed of the reasons for refusal by an senior clinician.
For more information on these services please click on the Patient Information leaflet below or ask to speak to the On- line services administrator at your practice.
To apply for on line access you will need to fill in the relevant application form (print off below or collect one from your practice) and submit it in person or by email  for the attention of the administrator for on-line services. The administrator will arrange to meet you to check your identity by means of seeing two pieces of I.D (one of which must include a photo).

It may take up to 4 weeks to process an application, you will then be given your personal log in details.
