Administration Support Coordinator - Watford General Hospital UTC

·         24 hours per week

·         Watford - WD18 0HB

·         £19,828 per annum/hour pro-rata

Greenbrook Healthcare, a subsidiary of Totally plc is currently looking for an enthusiastic Administration Support Coordinator to join the team based at Watford Urgent Treatment Centre on a permanent, part-time basis covering 24 hours per week.

The Administration Support Coordinator will provide a comprehensive secretarial and administrative support service to the Service Manager, Operations Manager, Leader GP/Nurse and other healthcare professionals within the Urgent Care Centre to ensure service objectives are achieved efficiently and effectively. The key functions of this role will include developing and executing regularly and timely reports on various aspects of the service, processing all invoices for payments, coordinating with various internal and external organisations requesting information regarding the service. The key functions of this role will evolve over time based on service needs.

We are looking for candidates that are educated at GCSE level or equivalent and have relevant experience working within an administrative medical setting.
